Matt Leeland has one of the biggest dining rooms around, and he loves working the room. One of his secrets is to be present and responsive to 'Berg students and the others who dine at Heidelberg. As the executive chef for Parkhurst Dining, Chef Matt is also acutely aware of the message that happy and content customers portray about the university -- not just for those already here but for those who might choose to come in the future.
