Parkhurst appoints catering manager

Heidelberg Campus Dining Services has announced the appointment of Erin Shaffer as the new catering director, according to GM Shannon P. Weimerskirch. Erin has a long and distinguished career in dining services at Heidelberg. The excellence she brings to the Catering Department was first on display at the most recent Patricia Adams Lecture Series dinner on April 5. "Our Culinary Team and Catering Staff will continue to elevate all aspects of the Campus Dining at Heidelberg University," Shannon said in making the announcement.
