Book Orders and Spring Registration

Dear Faculty,

The MBS/Heidelberg Bookstore spring 2020 course materials will be available for students to view on Nov. 11 when registration for spring classes begins.

To be included in the course materials list by that date, please submit a book order as soon as possible. Thank you for the many book orders that have already been received!

There are two ways book orders can be submitted:

Google Book Order Form

Microsoft Word Book Order Form: Go to Server Six: Click on "Forms" folder, then "Book Order Form"

If you cannot use either form, the Bookstore can accept emailed book orders, but please provide all of the following information:

Course Prefix & Number and Sections you are teaching

Book Title

Author

ISBN (I cannot order without an ISBN as publishers have created so many different versions of books and bundles)

Publisher

Additionally, please answer this important question to eliminate ordering mistakes:

Does the book come with an access code and if so, will you be using it for class? If I know you are using an access code and I receive an ISBN for a book that does not come with an access code, then the Bookstore can try to catch it before students purchase the wrong book.

If you are not using the access code, students can purchase a used book or rent a book to save money. If you are using the access code, only a new book can be purchased. To eliminate errors, the Bookstore has tried to insert a note on the course page indicating if the access code is required or not required.
