Ohio Magazine honors 3 'Berg faculty members

Heidelberg education professor Dr. Brian Haley and two colleagues have received special recognition among their peers in the December 2019 issue of Ohio Magazine.

Each December, the magazine publishes a special Excellence in Education section which recognizes higher-education teachers throughout the state for their achievements in the classroom and dedication to the profession. Heidelberg nominated three faculty members for this recognition – Dr. Michele Castleman, Dr. Justin Pruneski and Brian, who received faculty awards last February.

All three ’Berg faculty members are being recognized in Ohio Magazine, but Brian received a special call-out for his inventive teaching techniques in the magazine’s main article in its Excellence in Education section. The article features educators who use creative teaching to make a difference for their students.
