Stoner Health and Counseling Center is excited to announce that Heidelberg is now providing a free membership to Headspace for all students and employees! A calm, clear mind makes your day a little lighter, your focus a little sharper, and your relationships a little easier. That’s what you’ll find when you join over 50 million people practicing mindfulness and meditation with Headspace.
The Stoner counseling staff use mindfulness techniques on a regular basis to help students manage a variety of stressors. Headspace will be great for our students to explore these strategies on their own and in the comfort of their own space. This will be a great asset for students to use when experiencing increased stress, increased anxiety, and when feeling down.
