Tuition for Summer Term greatly reduced

The Office of Academic Affairs is pleased to inform the campus community that the undergraduate tuition for Summer Term 2021 has, with the Board of Trustees’ approval, been reduced to $250 per credit hour. This is a significant reduction from our previous tuition rate of $495 per credit hour.

The intent of this reduction is multi-faceted:

  • To encourage more HU students to select HU for their summer courses.
  • Establish HU, competitively, in the summer school market.
  • Enhance our successful summer offerings.
  • Increase the number of our summer classes.

The Summer 2021 course schedule is available in Oasis. Registration will begin on March 22.

As you are advising students for Fall 2021 registration, please encourage students to enroll in summer courses when appropriate.

Please reach out to Stephen Svoboda (ssvoboda@heidelberg.edu), Director of Curriculum and Innovation, or Courtney DeMayo Pugno (cdemayo@heidelberg.edu), Executive Director of the Owen CTL, if you have questions.
