Utilizing Marketing to promote your events
As we start the 2021-22 academic year, I would like to provide this refresher about the various services that Marketing & Communication can provide and the best way you can connect with us if you want to request a project or service, or if you need assistance promoting an upcoming event.
Inside.heidelberg.edu is our campus intranet and the go-to for all events, announcements and news stories. If you are unsure if you should submit your event, announcement or news, just ask us! We’re happy to help.
Publicize your event on the Inside calendar
There’s a lot going on at Heidelberg and people need to know about it. We strongly encourage all student organizations, campus departments and offices to submit your events so that we can get the word out! Your events will be published on the calendar on Inside.heidelberg.edu and included Monday mornings in This Week!, Heidelberg’s weekly email newsletter that is distributed to everyone on campus as well as parents of current students and alumni.

Additional Marketing & Communication services
Visit Inside.heidelberg.edu and select Departments & Offices to see a list of additional services Marketing & Communication can provide. These include: publications and print projects, social media, photography, website updates, graphic design, media relations and advertising. Use Marketing’s Work Request Form to request a specific project or service. Please be sure to allow adequate lead time for completing your request.
