Football game canceled

The Heidelberg University football game scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 11, against Wilmington has been canceled due to COVID protocols. The game will not be rescheduled.
As per the 2021 OAC Fall COVID Guidelines, the game will officially be declared a no-contest. However, for the purposes of the standings, Heidelberg will be credited with a win and Wilmington will be credited with a loss.
After the unexpected week off, the Student Princes will return to action on Sept. 18. HU hosts Capital University on Families and Benefactors Weekend. Kickoff at Hoernemann Stadium is slated for 1:30 p.m.
