100+ attend Grad Fair -- 1-stop shop for graduation prep

More than 100 soon-to-be graduates participated in the beginning of their final Heidelberg chapter at the annual Grad Fair Tuesday. The annual event was coordinated by April Russell, executive assistant to President Huntington and Provost Smith, along with the Grad Fair Committee.

Students who plan to graduate in December 2021, May or August 2022 converged in Wickham Great Hall to begin their final preparations for graduation at this one-stop shop.

While at the Grad Fair, they met with the Registrar’s Office to verify their graduation application, order their cap and gown and graduation invitations, get yearbook and professional photos taken, and speak with representatives of the Registrar’s Office, Career Development, Heidelberg’s graduate programs and the Alumni Engagement Office.

Those who participated were entered into a raffle for a basket of Heidelberg goodies worth $100. Congratulations to the raffle winner, Connor Reese.

If you are graduating and have not yet applied for graduation, you can start the process here.
