Call for Papers: Pfleiderer Humanities Showcase Journal

Last fall, the annual Pfleiderer Humanities Symposium took on a different form to adapt to changing circumstances under the pandemic. This year, the Pfleiderer Humanities Showcase will once again publish student research in an online journal format. The journal’s mission is to share the works of Heidelberg’s undergraduate Humanities students with their peers and professors.

We welcome humanities research, essays, and creative projects of any length. This journal may be the first of many publications in a student’s academic career. Publishing is an excellent opportunity for all students to gain both experience and recognition. Students of all years are invited to submit their papers in the fields of Communication and Media, English, History, Political Science, Philosophy, Education, Religion, Music, and Languages.

Students should submit their papers to this Google Form by October 31, 2021.

Questions should be directed to Dr. Barry Devine (bdevine@heidelberg.edu).

We are looking forward to sharing the excellent research our Heidelberg Humanities students have done this year.
