Final cutover to new phone system 11-17-21 at 8am

Our months of preparation have led us to the cusp of fully enjoying our new phone system. After several weeks of trying out your new phones, we will soon "throw the switch" to complete our cutover to the new system on Wednesday, November 17, at approximately 8:00 AM. Please be flexible with us that morning as we coordinate multiple vendors and carry out a list of tasks that happen all-at-once. Well, all-at-once may take an hour or two!

What really happens at that time is that incoming calls from off-campus will be routed to your new phones for the first time. Until that moment, you can already call out from your new phone, but incoming calls are still directed to your old phone.
