Volunteers needed for Alumni Weekend June 17-19

Bergopoly Alumni Weekend 2022 is coming soon, and everyone is invited to take the Reading Railroad to Park Place! The Office of Alumni Engagement invites all faculty and staff to join the fun Friday, June 17 to Sunday, June 19.

The full schedule of events can be found on the Heidelberg alumni website, and you can also see the list of those who are already registered on our Look Who’s Coming page.

As we prepare for the arrival of our alumni, we are seeking volunteers to assist us throughout the weekend. Here are just a couple of ways that you can get involved:

  • Escort guests by golf cart
  • Help with class banners following the Parade of Classes Saturday morning
  • Attend various events to greet and welcome our alumni and friends

If you have any questions, would like to register for one of our fun activities, sign up to help, or just use your get out of jail free pass, please feel free to contact Ashley Helmstetter at ahelmste@heidelberg.edu or x2231.

Pass Go and plan to attend Alumni Weekend!
