Consultant conducting feasibility study for medical education program

Heidelberg University retained the services of Tripp Umbach to conduct a feasibility study for the expansion of an educational program in Northwest Ohio – evaluating the feasibility and the financial ramifications. Tripp Umbach will substantiate strategies, partnerships, financial plans, and projections for a medical education program to allow Heidelberg University to validate the decision on whether to move forward with the project.

Tripp Umbach is a national consulting firm with experience planning more than 30 new or expanded medical schools and consulting with more than 75 academic medical centers. Since 1995, Tripp Umbach has conducted national research for many notable organizations and institutions. Representative projects include new four-year medical schools in Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Michigan, New York, Nevada, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.

The parties expect the consulting work to be complete by February 2023, when Tripp Umbach presents a feasibility analysis report and recommendations to the Steering Committee and appropriate members of Heidelberg University.
