End-of-Semester Airport Shuttle Deadline

Heidelberg University offers a shuttle to the Columbus, Cleveland, Toledo and Detroit airports. There is a $25 one-way fee for the shuttle, which is payable at the time the student makes the shuttle reservation. When booking your flight, please plan to arrive at the airport TWO hours prior to your flight (for check-in and security check) and remember to allow TWO hours for travel time to the Columbus, Cleveland and Detroit airports - that's FOUR hours from the time the shuttle leaves campus until your flight departs.
The deadline to sign up for the END OF THE SEMESTER airport shuttle is April 27 by 4 p.m. Please complete this Airport Shuttle Reservation Form.
Students who cannot schedule their air transportation to match the shuttle times will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to the airport.
Shuttles leave campus on Tuesday, May 11, at 2:30 p.m. from Krammes Service Center to travel to Cleveland (CLE), Columbus (CMH), Detroit (DTW) and Toledo (TOL) airports.
