New consortium aims to assist students

Provost Beth Schwartz has announced that Heidelberg has entered into a consortium agreement with the Council for Independent Colleges. The CIC Online College Consortium provides access to available course seats to the consortia member schools.

This consortia partnership offers students an opportunity to return to good academic standing, take a course replacement to increase their GPA, recover to meet graduation timelines, or to remain eligible for athletics and co-curricular activities. The consortia facilitate the ability to earn a Heidelberg grade and students may be eligible for financial aid.

Check this link for additional details on our college consortium. If you know of an interested student, please refer them to the Owen Center during the summer months. Additional training will be provided to faculty advisors in the fall semester. For more details about the consortium, please contact Cindy Suter, Registrar, who is coordinating efforts with CIC Online College Consortium.
