PALS Reminders for Wednesday

In preparation of the sessions in Gundlach Theatre and Seiberling Gymnasium on Wednesday, for the Patricia Adams Lecture Series, please note the following:

  • Bring your Heidelberg ID or some other form of ID to check in.

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes early to Gundlach Theatre check in and get your seat. Session 1 begins promptly at 3:00 p.m and Session 2 begins promptly at 4:30 p.m. 

  • Doors to Seiberling Gymnasium will open at 5:00 p.m. We recommend arriving as early as possible. Remarks will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m.

  • Do not bring backpacks. If you bring a backpack, you will be asked to leave it at the Box Office in the lobby of Founders Hall.

  • Attire for all events is business dress. This means business dress shirts, ties, jackets, dresses, skirts, etc.

  • Cell phone use, including photos and video recording, will not be permitted. We recommend that you do not bring your cell phone to the event. Note taking is also not permitted.


If you are registered for the PALS 10th Anniversary Dinner in Seiberling Gymnasium:

  • Bring your Heidelberg ID or some other form of ID to check in.

  • Do not bring backpacks or large tote bags to this event. Small purses or a small personal item will be OK.

  • Dinner will begin promptly at 5:30 pm. You must arrive early to check in and get to your seat. Students, the student check-in table will be on your left in the lobby. Please visit this table to secure your name badge and then proceed into the gym to find your seat.

  • Attire for the event is business dress. This means business dress shirts, ties, jackets, dresses, skirts, etc.

  • Cell phone use, including photos and video recording, will not be permitted. We recommend that you do not bring your cell phone to the event. Note taking is also not permitted.
