CNIT is the department which supports Heidelberg students, faculty, staff and researchers in their use of technology on campus.
CNIT offers Helpdesk assistance to all students, faculty, and staff. You can request assistance by stopping in (Bareis Hall, Room 309), visiting the CNIT Service Desk, or calling (419-448-2088). The Helpdesk is open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. If you are unable to log into the CNIT Service Desk using the Sign In With Google button, please send an email to email@example.com.
For classroom emergencies, please call 419-448-2088. Visitors/guests who need technology assistance may email firstname.lastname@example.org
