Incompletes for Spring 2018

If you are planning to give any of your students an incomplete due to no personal fault of the student in a course for the Spring 2018 semester, please work on getting the forms filled out now WITH the signatures of the student, your department's dean and the provost. This will help the process go smoothly.

You can find the auto fill form on the website here.  You can turn the completed form into the Registrar's Office early. Thank you for your help!

Reminder: Final grades for those graduating are due by 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 9. All other grades are due by 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 15.
