First-year students honored for academic excellence

Congratulations to the following first-year students who were inducted April 3 into Alpha Lambda Delta, a national honorary that recognizes academic excellence: Kaylea Bowers, Melanie Cohn, Brock Conner, Jacob Cooper, Erica Dame, Morgan Daniels, Heather Dejonge, Patricia Hartleip, Caleb Gerber, Sydney Heil, Julie Hild, Dillon Hoskins, Haley Hudler, Devon Jester, Mark Juengling, Amanda Kilway, Kiera Malone, Ciera Newell, Collin Pecoraro, Allison Prayner, Madison Skinner, Naomi Smith, Stephanie Sorrell, Allison Sumser and Kory Wise.

For the induction ceremony, President Rob Huntington provided a welcome and Dr. Emily Isaacson, who advises the 'Berg ALD chapter, gave opening remarks. Dr. Mary Lou Kohne was inducted as an honorary member and gave closing remarks.
