End of Year Airport Shuttle Reservation Deadline May 3

Heidelberg University offers a shuttle to the Columbus, Cleveland, Toledo and Detroit airports. There is a $25 one-way fee for the shuttle, which is payable when making the shuttle reservation. When booking your flight, please plan to arrive at the airport two hours prior to your flight (for check-in and security check), and remember to allow two hours travel time to the Columbus, Cleveland, Toledo, and Detroit airports.
The deadline to sign up for the End of Year Airport Shuttle is May 3 by 4 p.m. To reserve a seat, students should register using this Google Form.
Payment can be made using this Marketplace link.
Students who cannot schedule their air transportation to match the shuttle times will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to the airport.
Shuttles leave campus on Tuesday, May 10, at 1:30 p.m. from Krammes Service Center to travel to Cleveland (CLE), Columbus (CMH), Detroit (DTW) and Toledo (TOL) airports.
