Housing Selection Q&A Sessions

We hope that everything is going well during this unprecedented time. Understanding that navigating the Housing Selection Process might be daunting to some students, the Office of Residence Life & Housing is trying to do everything we can to make the process as simply to navigate as possible.

The Housing Selection Guidebook remains your best tool to being informed about the process and what housing options you have available to you. However, you may find yourself with some additional questions. For that reason, we have scheduled two Q&A Zoom sessions for next week in an effort to provide you with the opportunity to connect with us and ask whatever questions you might have.

Next week, on Monday, May 4th and Thursday, May 7th, from 11 a.m.-moon, Residence Life staff will be available live via Zoom to assist you and answer any questions you have regarding Housing Selection. To join these Q&A Sessions, please use the links provided below:

Some Important Notes:

Friday, May 8th is the last day to ensure you are registered for the Housing Lottery and also receive a Lottery Selection Time. Please make sure that you have completed the following items before that date in order to ensure you are registered:

1 – Complete the Returning Student Housing Application in your OASIS Housing Portal

2 – Clear all potential Holds on your student account

3 – Register for at least 12 Credit Hours*

As long as these three items are completed by Friday, May 8th, you will receive a Housing Lottery Selection Time. You cannot be selected as a roommate if these items are not completed. If you complete these items after this date but before the Lottery takes place, you can still be placed into a room by a roommate but you will not receive a selection time of your own.

If you have any questions regarding the Housing Selection Process and you would prefer to reach out via email, please contact dloconti@heidelberg.edu as soon as possible.

Thank you, we miss you, and we look forward to having you all back on campus as soon as safely possible.
