As part of today's theme, "Heidelberg Allyship & Moving Heidelberg into Action," all day Friday the campus community will use various social media platforms and write to senators, etc. to advocate for an issue of their choice which deals with poverty, healthcare, and King’s vision of beloved community.
The next deadline for grants from the Pepsi Fund and the Martha and Ernest Hammel Student Research Fund to support student research and/or travel to professional conferences is February 1, 2021. Applications should be submitted by 11:59 PM.
The Student Emergency Support Fund is available to students who have an expected FAFSA Expected Family Contribution of $7,000 or less and is one-time emergency grant that an undergraduate student may receive while at Heidelberg University.
Heidelberg University offers a shuttle from the Columbus, Cleveland, Toledo and Detroit airports. There is a $25 one-way fee for the shuttle, which is payable at the time the student makes the shuttle reservation. When booking your flight, please plan to arrive at the airport prior to 6PM when the shuttle will leave.
The deadline to sign up for the airport shuttles on January 2 (for Basketball & Wrestling) and January 9 (for Track) is December 17 by 4 p.m. Please complete this Airport Shuttle Reservation Form.
Students who cannot schedule their air transportation to match the shuttle times will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to campus.
