Instructions on how to update your email signature
To add/change your email signature in Google:
Go to “Settings” by clicking on the gear in the upper right
Scroll down to the “signatures” section on the settings page.
Press the button below and a window will pop up, push the "Select All Text" button, copy (ctrl C) and paste (ctrl V) into the Signature text box. You can then change the information to your own (name, title, contact information)
Be sure that the link for your email changes, not just the text you see
Get Email Signature
Save changes at the bottom of the page and you are done!
