The Office of Marketing and Communication Services offers a wide range of services to the Heidelberg community. To begin a project with us, please fill out our work request form.

What We Can Do For You

• News: Front page story, department news story, news release
• Social Media: Posts to Facebook, Twitter, Flickr Set
• Photography: Event coverage, photoshoots, headshots
• Website: Update webpage, create forms (survey, registration)
• Print Project: Invitations, posters, brochures, magazine/book
• Graphic Design: Logo, TV tile, graphics
• Ads: Newspapers, yearbooks

Students, faculty and staff, and alumni can apply to run the Heidelberg social media accounts.

To submit an announcement, please fill out the form.

Instructions

•  Click on the image of your choice
•  On desktop, right click and select "Save Image As" and save it to your desired location (desktop, downloads, a folder, etc.)
•  Launch or join your Zoom meeting
•  Click on arrow (^) next to "Stop Video" on the bottom left of your Zoom window and select "Choose Virtual Background"
•  Click on the plus (+) on the right-hand side below the current image in your settings
•  Click "Add Image"
•  Find your saved image and select it to show off your Berg Pride!
