Heidelberg University offers 24-hour transcript ordering with Parchment. All official transcript requests and payments are collected through Parchment. Students with an OASIS account will enter into OASIS to request the transcript but will not need to complete a signature of authorization form; entering OASIS authenticates the student. Transcripts are not processed at the University and are not available for in-person pickup.

Parchment allows for paper and electronic processing within 1-3 business days, except on holidays. Remember, not all institutions accept electronic transcripts. Be sure to check with your institution to ensure acceptance of electronic transcripts prior to requesting your transcript.
OASIS has a forgot ID/PIN feature at logon.
Indicate on the order "hold for grades or degree" when the term has not ended/or just ended. Visit the Academic Calendars page for dates.
Carefully read directions while completing the order, especially for electronic transcript delivery to non-network recipients.
A student, or prior student with a billing hold, transcript hold, or exit interview hold, will not have a transcript processed. It is the student's responsibility to investigate these holds prior to ordering.
If you are on a financial hold and need your official transcript for employment, please order your transcript by the method above. Once your official transcript has been requested, email firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us the name of the business where your transcript is to be sent. We will match it to the transcript request and release the transcript. We will only release the official transcript for employment purposes when there is a financial hold on your account.
