MLK Jr. Day Community Dinner

Program: 7:15 p.m.
The keynote speaker is University of Toledo Professor of Social Work Dr. Celia Williamson, director of the Human Trafficking and Social Justice Institute. She also founded Second Chance, Ohio's first anti-trafficking organization that provides support services to domestic sex trafficking and prostitution victims, and she organizes an annual scholarly conference, The International Human Trafficking, Prostitution and Sex Work Conference.
The program also includes schoolchildren who wrote prize-winning essays on the topic "Martin Luther King Jr. Marched for Justice -- What Will You Do to Promote Justice?"
Participants are asked to bring paper products or a free-will offering for this year's Peacemaker Award winner, Sisters in Shelter.
