Airport Shuttles Departing Campus

Heidelberg University offers a shuttle to the Columbus, Cleveland, Toledo and Detroit airports and by special arrangements to the Amtrak station and Megabus station. There is a $25 fee for a roundtrip for the shuttle, which is payable at the time the student makes the shuttle reservation.

When booking your flight, please plan to arrive at the airport two hours prior to your flight (for check-in and security check) and remember to allow two hours for travel time to the Columbus, Cleveland and Detroit airports, and one hour travel time to the Toledo airport.

Students who cannot schedule their air transportation to match the shuttle times will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to the airport.
