2020 Education Summit Keynote Address

Please note: Effective at 5 p.m. Sunday, March 22, 2020, the Heidelberg University campus will be closed for the rest of the semester in response to the ever-growing COVID-19 pandemic. All events on campus for the Spring 2020 semester have been suspended or canceled.

The Education Summit is a two-day pre-professional event designed to engage pre-service and in-service teachers with leading and distinguished educators in the major issues trends and teaching practices within the teaching profession. While Heidelberg Education majors are required to attend, all Heidelberg students, faculty and staff are also invited to attend. The 2020 keynote speaker is Dr. Wendy Ostroff, a cognitive scientist, from Sonoma University in California.
