Barre Class Taught by Alumna Donna Gross
Get ready for your muscles to shake to fun music. Using concentrated isometric movements at the ballet barre, each muscle group is targeted and worked to increase strength and definition in the legs, glutes, arms and core. Each exercise is then followed by a corresponding stretch. There is no impact to the joints in a barre class, so all fitness levels are welcome.
