Mental Health Monday!

The Owen Center for Teaching and Learning will be hosting a series of "Mental Health Monday" events throughout the academic year. These events will be centered around mindfulness activities, crafts, and/or information from other departments on campus about how to take care of your mental health. These events will take place in Beeghly Library and are open to anyone in the Heidelberg community.
