Theatre Production: 'Porch'

Alex Kump's contemporary drama, Porch, follows the lives of five individuals as they cross paths late one summer night. We follow the characters on a quiet journey as they weave in and out of each other's lives over the coming months. Poet Jeff and the recently single Scott have been neighbors for years, but have never talked. Suddenly, the two, along with Alicia, a tough girl who has her own battles to fight, become friends. Enter Vincent, Jeff's old unrequited love, and Valerie, Scott's cheating ex. Porch depicts the all-too-common balancing act between saving relationships and nurturing your own heartbreak. What can come from relationships after they have been irreparably damaged?
