Trauma-Sensitive Yoga with Gem Yoga

Students, join the Center for Survivor Empowerment and Gem Yoga for a free, trauma-sensitive yoga session! The session may include, but is not limited to, vocal exercises, physical movement, breathing exercises, and visualization exercises. The purpose of the session is to allow trauma survivors to address their trauma in a safe environment and walk away with a better connection between their mind and body in addition to coping skills to continue the healing process.
