Walk-A-Mile In Her Shoes

"Walk a Mile in Her Shoes" is an international event and movement that raises awareness about sexualized violence, particularly against women and other marginalized groups. It involves participants walking a mile in high-heeled shoes to symbolically experience the discomfort and challenges that women face due to gender inequality and sexual violence. Although we will not be walking a literal mile, we will be walking around campus center lawn going from booth to booth learning about the realities of abuse and violence against women. The event aims to promote empathy, understanding, and action against such violence.
