Yoga with The Center
Take a breath, stretch it out, and reconnect with yourself. Join The Center for Survivor Empowerment and local yoga instructor Suzanne Reinhart for a gentle, restorative yoga session centered around healing, self-awareness, and empowerment. For college students navigating stress, change, and personal growth, yoga can be a powerful tool for mental wellness and emotional resilience. For survivors and allies, it’s also a way to rebuild connection and strength in a safe, supportive environment.
Whether you’re new to yoga or already have a practice, this session is designed to meet you where you are. Come as you are, leave feeling grounded and empowered.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water!
