Movie Night: Lichtman-Behm Genocide Lecture Series

The Lichtman-Behm Genocide Lecture Series is an annual event at Heidelberg University. This year, the L-BGLS Committee, in cooperation with the Film Club, will have a showing of the film The Pianist followed by a discussion with panel speakers. 

Released in 2002, The Pianist is a biographical historical drama film produced and directed by Roman Polanski and starring Adrien Brody. It is based on the autobiographical book The Pianist, by the Jewish pianist and Holocaust survivor, Władysław Szpilman.
