COVID-19 On-Campus Vaccination Clinic

In cooperation with the Seneca County General Health District, the Stoner Health & Counseling Center will hold a COVID-19 vaccination clinic as a convenient option for faculty, staff and students who wish to start or complete the vaccination process on campus.  The single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine and the FDA-approved Pfizer vaccine will be available
 
Please note that if you choose the two-dose Pfizer vaccine, you would need to make arrangements for the second dose at your home (for students) or at a local vaccination site (for employees).
 
Vaccinations at the Health Center’s clinic are by advance appointment only.  If you would like to get your J&J vaccine or your first dose of the Pfizer vaccine at the clinic on November 30, please use this form to indicate your preferred time and vaccine type.
